1.  To exercise to have a clear conscience, void of offense toward God and men.
       And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offense toward God, and toward men.  Acts 24:16 KJV

Bodily appetites, and worldly desires, endeavoring in all respects] to have a clear (unshaken, blameless)

2. Pray in tongues everyday.
But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost. Jude 20 KJV

3.   Read your Bible every day.
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the 
Word of truth.  2 Timothy 2:15  KJV
Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman
Who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and 
Skillfully teaching]  the Word of Truth. 2Timothy 2:15  AMP
