Good Sleep, Exercise, Health (Feb 11, 2019)
=11.0ptI haven’t been sleeping well lately, and I don’t think I’ve been keeping myself very healthy. First of all, please pray for very deep sleep. Pray for deep Delta and REM sleep. Pray that I will dream Holy Spirit dreams from the Lord. Pray that I will be able to wake up early, and be vigorous and ready to go. Pray also for a very good, disciplined workout routine, because I haven’t been exercising much. Pray that I will eat healthy, and maintain a very healthy, vigorous body, and be productive in college. Thanks for your prayers.
